When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn't expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

We employ SSL encryption, an industry-standard safeguard, to protect your order details. When purchasing online using your credit card, the encrypted information of your credit card and bank details cannot be read by any third party. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

• Jewelry and Watches with Message Card: 2-3 Business days

• Graphic Jewelry Products (Heart, circle, and dog tag graphical jewelry): 2-4 Business days

Please note that production does not run on weekends, and the holiday seasons can extend product time frames.

We print, produce, and ship our products from our US facility in Florida. For European orders, we produce and ship from Amsterdam.

This is an estimate based on our carrier. Once shipped, delivery within:

• USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
• USA Express: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• UK, most of EU (Shipped from Amsterdam): 3-7 business days 
 (Depending on the time of year some EU orders can take up to 30 days to be updated by the local carrier.)
• Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
• Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
