Where are your products made?
All soap products, jewelry, and acrylic products are made in USA.
All lash products, bath tools and beauty tools are made in China.
All packaging boxes are made in China.

Why does my order come in separate boxes? 
Depending on which products you are ordering and their availability, some might ship from Amazon warehouses or directly from manufacturers.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we also ship to Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Please note that all international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, fees or taxes.

How do I return my item?
Please contact us first before returning any item in the mail. For Amazon purchases, please log into your Amazon account, click on your order and initiate a refund. Amazon will instruct you on how to return your item.

Do I pay for my own shipping when returning an item?
Yes, you are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

Can I make an exchange instead?
We do not exchange or accept USED personal products as returns for hygienic reasons. However if the item is broken or defective, we would gladly replace the defective item with a new one. Please go to our Contact Page and fill out your information.

Where do I purchase Missamé products?
At the moment Missamé products are sold exclusively at our own online store and on Amazon.com under our own name. In order to keep the price affordable we choose to sell online directly to you. Beware of other sellers selling used or counterfeit items. We never sell opened box or pre-owned items. To ensure you are getting authentic Missamé products and not knockoffs, make sure you are ordering from seller "Missamé" on Amazon and not third party dealers. All Missamé products on Amazon ships from Amazon warehouses. We cannot guarantee quality and uphold our 100% satisfaction guarantee if your products are purchased from 3rd party sellers.
