Why does my order comes in separate boxes?
Depending on product availability, some of your order might ship from our office in California, and some might ship from Amazon warehouses. We stock our products in different locations to better serve you.
How do I return my item?

Do I pay for my own shipping when returning an item?

Can I make an exchange instead?
We do not exchange or accept USED products as returns since these are personal, hygienic product. However if the item is broken or defective, we would gladly replace the defective item with a new one. Please go to our Contact Page and fill out your information.
