Shipping policy

At Missamé, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers all over the world, ensuring that we always provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you. We offer flat rate shipping with no limit to how many items in an order as long as the items are from the same category. 

All Jewelry and Watches

  • USA - $5.99 flat rate (no limit)
  • Canada - $7.99 flat rate (no limit)
  • Rest of the World - $8.99 flat rate (no limit)

All Metal Signs (available to US only)

  • USA - $12.00 flat rate (no limit)

All Soaps and Beauty Products

  • To be determined by carrier, base on weight and destination

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time for ready to ship products: Ready to ship products are beauty products, lash products and soap products. All orders go through verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All ready to ship products will dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed. 

Processing time for jewelry and watches: Jewelry and watches will take up to 2 business days to produce and another 5-7 days to ship. Jewelry with custom photos or engraving will take up to 3 business days to produce.


Processing time for custom metal signs: Metal signs will require 10-14 days to produce and another 5-7 days to ship. 

Delays: Due to higher volume around the holiday season, order processing might takes an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. On average, domestic orders takes about 5-7 days with the economy option. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Depending on the product we use either USPS, DHL, UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Ground or Ascendia to ship.

If your orders contains several different items, it might arrive in separate packages.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: Missamé is not responsible for any international customs or duty taxes applied to your order. All tariffs or taxes imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Missamé ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please choose USPS as your delivery service.
